RooCru is a remote staffing agency that specialises in finding talented marketing, admin and salespeople around the world to work part-time with our clients.
Since launching in 2022 we have helped hundreds of people find 10, 20 and 40 hours of work per week with companies in the UK, USA and Europe.

The attraction of remote and part-time work means we receive a large volume of applications every week. This results in us having to disappoint the majority of people who apply to our roles. For this reason we request interested candidates view our minimum experience requirements before applying to become a part-time pro.
Minimum requirements
To avoid disappointment in your application we request candidates only apply if they have the following:
3 years Experience
Our clients are interested in speaking with people who already have experience in the tasks they need assistance with. For this reason it is unlikely we will be able to progress your application if you do not have 3 years experience in the role you are applying for.
References
For insurance purposes we request a reference from a previous employer or client which confirms you hold the relevant experience to do the role you are applying for. References do not have to be provided until after an interview.
Remote Experience
Our clients expect a seamless experience with a part-time pro so remote experience is really helpful as it demonstrates you have the technical knowledge and setup to assist our clients from anywhere in the world.
Work from anywhere
Our pros are located around the world. Providing you have a strong internet connection and a quiet area to operate we enable our part-time pros to be situated anywhere.
The majority of our clients allow flexi time working which means you can complete your hours around your schedule.
We do recommend our clients only select talent that can be available for at least 1 hour per day in their timezone to ensure there is overlap for calls and general communication.
